Sayacı: “We launched 20 new generation products
in the pandemic period”
Declaring that they stepped into the disinfectant category
in a very short time like 1 month at the beginning of the
pandemic process, thanks to their R&D and innovation
focused corporate culture, Sayacı said, “As BETA Kimya
A.Ş., we started our antibacterial disinfectant studies with
our R&D team consisting entirely of Turkish engineers. We
carried our experience in the technical aerosols category
to disinfectants in order to contribute to human life in a
short time like a month. We quickly launched our Mitreapel
Hunter Antibacterial Disinfectant products in spray and
liquid forms. Not only in Turkey but also in export we
deliver our products to many countries disinfectant. This
success also proves how proactive and know-how rich
we are. In 2020, we reached more than 150 products in 9
categories. During the year, we developed 20 new products
that appeal to many sectors such as construction, furniture,
health, automotive and textiles. Thus, we further expanded
our area of influence with our Apel and Mitreapel brands.”
Will grow 50 percent in 2021
Expressing that they managed to grow by 35 percent in
2020 and that they aim to grow by 50 percent in 2021
with the introduction of new investments, Cihat Sayacı,
General Manager, BETA Kimya A.Ş., said, “The BETA Kimya
GEBKİM Campus, which we laid the foundation with an
investment of 315 million TL and will start operating in
the last quarter of 2021, is a very important investment
for the future of our company. This investment, which
will serve as a key for our global targets and the future
of our growth plans, is a turning point for BETA Kimya.
With our new integrated production facility, which will
have an annual production capacity of 150 thousand
tons, we will provide employment for 500 people and we
will step into 5 new product categories with high added
value. Our LEED certified, environmentally friendly green
building technology production campus will be one of the
most modern chemical facilities not only in our country
but also in the nearby geography as a giant integrated
production facility built on a total area of 50 thousand
m2 and with a closed area of 35 thousand m2. BETA
Kimya GEBKIM Campus, which is fully compatible with
digital transformation in the industry, equipped with high
technology and modern production infrastructure, will be a
production base ready for Industry 5.0. BETA Kimya Gebker
Campus with Turkey for the first time, local and national
as production we started Polyurethane Reactive hotmelt
which has a strategic importance for our country, including
the production of adhesives, automotive, we will take steps
to new generations of products for areas such as defense
and aerospace. In line with these goals, we will expand our
R&D center with our new facility. We will carry BETA Kimya
to the future with our high added value production vision
and add value to the Turkish chemical industry and our
country’s industry.”
Sayacı: “Pandemi döneminde yeni nesil 20 ürünü
piyasaya sunduk”
Ar-Ge ve inovasyon odaklı kurum kültürleri sayesinde,
pandemi sürecinin başında 1 ay gibi çok kısa bir zamanda
dezenfektan kategorisine adım attıklarına değinen Sayacı,
”BETA Kimya A.Ş. olarak tamamı Türk mühendislerden
oluşan Ar-Ge ekibimizle antibakteriyel dezenfektan
çalışmalarımıza başladık. Bir ay gibi kısa bir sürede teknik
aerosoller kategorisindeki tecrübemizi, insan hayatına
katkı sunmak adına dezenfektanlara taşıdık. Mitreapel
Hunter Antibakteriyel Dezenfektan ürünlerimizi sprey ve
sıvı formlarda hızla piyasaya sunduk. Sadece Türkiye’de
değil, ihracatta da pek çok ülkeye dezenfektan ürünlerimizi
ulaştırdık. Bu başarı, bizim ne kadar proaktif ve knowhow
zengini bir şirket olduğumuzu da ispatlıyor. 2020
yılında toplam 9 kategoride 150’den fazla ürüne ulaştık. Yıl
içinde inşaat, mobilya, sağlık, otomotiv ve tekstil gibi pek
çok sektöre hitap eden 20 yeni ürün geliştirdik. Böylece
Apel ve Mitreapel markalarımızla etki sahamızı daha da
genişlettik.” diye konuştu.
2021’de yüzde 50 büyüyecek
2020 yılında yüzde 35 büyümeyi başardıklarını ve yeni
yatırımların devreye girmesiyle birlikte 2021 yılında yüzde
50 büyüme hedeflediklerini söyleyen BETA Kimya A.Ş.
Genel Müdürü Cihat Sayacı, “315 milyon TL yatırımla
temelini attığımız ve 2021’in son çeyreğinde faaliyete
başlayacak BETA Kimya GEBKİM Kampüsü, şirketimizin
geleceği açısından son derece önemli bir yatırım. Küresel
hedeflerimiz ve büyüme planlarımızın geleceği için anahtar
vazifesi görecek bu yatırım, BETA Kimya için bir dönüm
noktası niteliği taşıyor. Yıllık 150 bin ton üretim kapasitesine
sahip olacak yeni entegre üretim tesisimiz ile 500 kişiye
iş imkanı sağlayacak ve yüksek katma değerli 5 yeni ürün
kategorisine adım atacağız. LEED sertifikalı, doğa dostu
yeşil bina teknolojili üretim kampüsümüz, toplam 50 bin
m 2 üzerine kurulu, 35 bin m2’lik kapalı alana sahip dev bir
entegre üretim tesisi olarak sadece ülkemizin değil, yakın
coğrafyanın en modern kimya tesislerinden biri olacak.
Sanayide dijital dönüşüme tamamen uyumlu, yüksek
teknoloji ile donatılmış ve modern üretim altyapısına
sahip BETA Kimya GEBKİM Kampüsü, Endüstri 5.0’a hazır
bir üretim üssü olacak. BETA Kimya GEBKİM Kampüsü
ile Türkiye’de ilk defa yerli ve milli olarak üretimine
başladığımız Poliüreten Reaktif Hotmelt yapıştırıcıların
üretimi dahil olmak üzere ülkemiz için stratejik öneme
sahip olan otomotiv, savunma ve havacılık gibi alanlara
yönelik yeni nesil ürünlere de adım atacağız. Bu hedefler
doğrultusunda Ar-Ge merkezimizi de yeni tesisimizle
birlikte büyüteceğiz. Yüksek katma değerli üretim
vizyonumuzla BETA Kimya’yı geleceğe taşıyacak ve Türk
kimya sektörü ile ülke sanayimize değer katacağız.” dedi.
