For the purpose of research experiment, two flash drives are forensically wiped or<br />

sterilized (one for storage of collected data dur<strong>in</strong>g acquisition process and one for<br />

dcfldd USB toolkit).<br />

For collected data storage: The follow<strong>in</strong>g figure is a screenshot of forensically<br />

wip<strong>in</strong>g a flash drive (capacity 16GB) by us<strong>in</strong>g BackTrack 4 Live DVD (which is a<br />

L<strong>in</strong>ux-based penetration test<strong>in</strong>g distribution; source: http://www.backtrack-<br />

l<strong>in</strong>ux.org/) that will be used as a storage dest<strong>in</strong>ation for all collected data dur<strong>in</strong>g the<br />
