AT LAST! A FACE TO FACE JEWELLERY EVENT IN BEAUTIFUL MELBOURNE-TOWN. REGISTER NOW. It’s an exciting day when you hear that the country’s domestic air travel is opening up again to 100% capacity and we can start to catch up without feeling as though we might need a hazard suit. The next financial year is looking bright and after the year that was, it’s time to celebrate and enhance our businesses by connecting face to face. So, mark in your diaries— the next Jewellery Industry Fair. This fresh and exciting event is bringing the industry the first Hybrid Fair, with the live element of the event taking place in Melbourne on the 1st and 2nd of August at The Timber Yard. Over the years, the industry has changed dramatically with the number of independent jewellers increasing all over the country, representing the demands and tastes of the consumer who is driving a change in jewellery style and the way they buy from jewellers. Ikecho Ellendale The most recent pandemic challenges have amplified the need for jewellers to update their digital offering, and now that Australia and New Zealand are getting back to a new normal, we are craving unique and exciting experiences, both online and off. The team at the Jewellery Industry Fair certainly promises to bring you that! A fusion of traditional event experiences and advanced technology, the Fair will give you a luxurious event with activations around every corner. Supportive and United With every consideration covered, the team has chosen Melbourne to hold the event, stating that ‘as Victoria was the hardest hit during Covid, it was the right place to hold the event so we could give back to the state.’ The JIF will also have representation from each of the industry associations, with the GAA, JAA, NCJV and Goldsmith Guild in attendance. Range Building For guests, the trip to Melbourne can be dual purpose, with the Melbourne Gift Fair running on the same weekend as the Jewellery Industry Fair. The Fair team is even providing free shuttle busses to and from the historic Timber Yard to the Melbourne Convention centre for guest convenience. Guests will be given the perfect opportunity to finalise their Christmas ranges at the JIF, with the Fair timing allowing suppliers to navigate any pandemic related shipping concerns. Exhibitors are already planning beautiful stands with new and interesting displays for guests to enjoy and absorb their products. New products, new brands and the ability to meet with suppliers face to face is sure to inspire retailers and jewellers when shopping through the Fair. Celebrations To celebrate not only our return to live experiences, but also many industry milestones, the Jewellery Industry Fair will be a luxurious treat for the senses.
