DROUHIN
Drouhin is most famous for its wines from the Clos de Mouches
Vineyards. In 1973, the Beaune Clos des Mouches ranked fifth in the
famous ‘Judgment of Paris’ wine competition between ten French and
Californian red wines. Drouhin has an organic and biodynamic approach
to winemaking, with all wines since the 2009 vintage officially certified
organic. Today, more than half of Drouhin’s wines are made with estate
grown grapes. This control keeps Drouhin among Burgundy’s finest
producers.
