As the season approaches, the church
remembers the greatest gift of all,
a gift given to the whole of creation,
no not pigs in blankets, a babe in a

wrapped in swaddling cloths born
into poverty in a northern village that
nobody cared about. We celebrate
Jesus’ birth because in the person

shared in our human experience, to

an eternal life.
Come and join our journey toward
the celebration of Jesus birth, the
Christ-mass. We have lots of occasions
for you to join us and lots of festive
fun from Cider and Carols at St James
parish hall to orchestral concerts, to
9 lessons and carols, to an Advent
course and more. All are welcome.
