It was perhaps a surprise, but definitely a relief
to many, that The Bank of England has recently
held off increasing interest rates again.
Whilst The Bank of England has signalled it may raise interest rates
in the “coming months” in response to high inflation, it held off on an
immediate increase from the current record low rate of 0.1%.
POWER BUYERS
During the current climate, sellers are now considering a buyer’s position
to be one of the most important aspects when accepting offers on their
properties. The highest offer is not always the best offer in what is very
much a seller’s market, ‘power buyers’ are being viewed favourably by
