TAMERLANO Non è degno di clemenza. Morte attendi. BAJAZET E morte voglio. ASTERIA Numi, aita, oh Dio! pietà. IRENE No, non sa che sia pietà. BAJAZET Io non voglio sua pietà. TAMERLANO No non merita pietà. ASTERIA Look, I have renounced the throne. TAMERLANO Coward!
