Seniors Spin and Circuit<br />

An indoor cycling and circuit<br />

training class to get your heart and<br />

muscles pumping! The stationary<br />

cycling portion of the class will<br />

provide you with a lower impact<br />

form of aerobic activity while the<br />

circuit training portion will allow<br />

you to try a variety of forms of<br />

fitness for a full body workout.<br />

This is a fast paced program that<br />

can be modified.<br />

posture. The class presents an<br />

excellent opportunity for<br />

beginners to start exercising with<br />

an aerobic, strength and flexibility<br />

component.<br />

components will improve your<br />

mental, physical and emotional<br />

health. Increase your energy level<br />

to be able to carry out daily tasks<br />

and reduce your chances of<br />

osteoporosis.<br />

YOGA<br />

Chair Yoga<br />

Chair yoga offers the same<br />

benefits as other yoga practices,<br />

such as increased flexibility,<br />

strengthening, proper breathing<br />

and increasing range of motion in<br />

the joints. Simply use a chair to<br />

assist with postures. Chair yoga is<br />

for everyone, especially those who<br />

may have limited mobility and/or<br />

are unable to get up and down on a<br />

yoga mat. Postures can be<br />

modified to meet students’ needs.<br />
