issue and increase of the females unto the said James Collins the younger, his heirs and assigns forever, and I also
further give and grant unto the said James Collins, the younger a Negro fellow by the name of Taffor, with the
provisions and on the condition expressly, and no other, that is to say, pr??ed the said James Collins, the younger
shall, will, and do take charge of, support, maintain, and educate the following minor children, to wit: My
daughther Ketura Collins and my younger son Lewis C. Collins all under the age of twenty-one years, for and
during the term of their minority and until they and each of them shall become of age of twenty-one years, be
married, or die and provided also that the said James Collins, the younger, shall, will, and do, in the case of the
death of John Rickenbacker and his wife Elizabeth Rickenbacker, before Martha my youngest daughter shall be
of age, be married, or die; support, maintain, and educate her the said Martha Collins till she be married or arrive
at the age of twenty-one years. Then the said James Collins, the younger, to have and to hold the said negro man
Taffo, to him his heirs and assigns forever. Otherwise the said negro man Taffo to be sold at my decease and the
proceeds of money thence arising from such sale be equally divided between all my children that are now living
or that may be then living or their heirs, execotors, administrators or assigns. To my beloved daughter Dotcas
Nimmons I give and grant one negro girl named Judy, the feather bed and furniture which she now has in her
possion and also the household and kitchen furniture which she likwise has in her possion. to have and to hold all
and sigular the said negro girl Judy, the household and kitchen furniture, feather bed and furniture together with
all future issue and increase of the said negro girl Judy unto her the said Dorcas Nimmons and the heirs of her
body forever; provided she should leave anyafter her death and her legal representetives to my beloved daughter
Ketura Collins I give and grant one negro girl named Hannah, one negro boy named Authur, one feather bed with
furniture to have and to hold all and singular the said negro girl Hannah, the said negro boy Authur and feather
bed and furniture, together with the future issue of the said negro girl, Hannah, unto the said Kiturah Collins her
heirs and executors, administrators and assigns forever. To my beloved Daughter, Susan Stivender the wife of
John Stivender, I give and grant a negro boy by the name of Taff, otherwise called Little Taff, one negro girl
named Peggy, otherwise called Little Peggy, and one feather bed and furniture, together with all the future issue
and indrease of the said negro girl peggy. To have and to hold unto he the said Susan Stivender, all and singular
the said negroes and feather beds and future increase of the said negro girl Peggy, and to the lawful heirs of her
body begotten forever, provided she should leave any after her death and their legal representation. To my
beloved son Lewis C. Collins, I give and grant a negro woman named Phillis and her female child named Moriah
one negro man name of Joe and negro boy by the name of Bob. To have and to hold all and singular the said
negroes, Phillis and her child Mariah, Joe and Bob, Together with the future issue of the female unto him the said
Lewis C. Collins his heirs executors administrators or assigns forever. To my beloved Daughter Martha Collins, I
give and grant a negro woman by the name of Dinah, a negro boy by the name of Mingard, a negro girl by the
name of Sarah. To have and to hold all and singular the negroes to wit, Dinah, Mingard and Sarah, together with
the future issue and increase of the females unto her the said Martha Collins her heirs Executors,administrators or
assigns forever and I further give and set apart out of my Estate both real and personal of whatsoever nature or
description which I may have or legally in possession of at my decease, the sum of two hundred and fifty Dollars
to be paid to such person or persons as may and shall maintain, support and educate her, the said Martha Collins,
as a compensation for her, the said Martha Collins schooling and education. And I do hereby comit and intrust her
the said Martha Collins to the care management of & guardenship of my true and trusty friend, John Rickenbacker
for and during the term and time of her minority of until she shall arrive at the age of twenty one years or marry.
And provided, that I, the said James Collins, the Elder, should die before the said Martha Collins shall become of
age, or be married, then in that case, the said John Rickenbacker is to take charge and immediate possession of all
and singular the negroes and other property of her, the said Martha Collins and continue in the possession and
charge thereof until she becomes of age or be married. And provided also that if the said John Rickenbacker
should die before the said Martha Collins becomes of age or be married, then the charge, management and
guardianship of her the said Martha Collins, to desolve upon and vest in Elizabeth Rickenbacker, the wife of him,
the said John Rickenbacker until she, the said Martha Collins shall become of age or be married and have the
same care and management of her estate, that the said John Rickenbacker until she the said Martha Collins shall
become of age or be married and have the same care of her education. And the same charge and management of
her estate, that the said John Rickenbacker is hereby impowered and vested with. And provided also and it is
further understood that if the said John Rickenbacker and his wife Elizabeth, and myself should die, before the
said Martha Collins shall become of age or be married, then and in that case, her support & education, together
with all and singular her estate which I have hereby given and granted to her, together with the future increase
thereof shall immediately desolve upon and best in the hands, power and possession of James Collins, the younger
whom I hereby nominate and appoint in such event her true and proper guardian. And It is hereby understood
expressly to be the true intent and meaning of the presents, that none of the negroes which I have given and
granted to my children as above are to be taken out of my possession. But that reserve and secure to myself the
whole and sole right & benefit of all and during the full & term of my natural life and that I am not to be
interferred, or troubled in the peacable & quite enjoyment of the said negroes and their laborers for and during the
