Sandoway Discovery Series: Oceans<br />
Dates: Friday, <strong>September</strong> 15th and 29th at 2:30pm Join us for<br />
hands-on discovery as we learn all about oceans through crafts,<br />
artifacts, and experiential learning! The program will take place<br />
outdoors and will be limited to 10 kids. The fee for non-members<br />
is $12 per child and $2 per child for members. Each accompanying<br />
adult is $10 (free for members). Fee includes all materials and admission<br />
to Sandoway Discovery Center for the day! To reserve your<br />

<strong>Atlantic</strong> Crossing Update:<br />
atlantic AVe mAGAzine on VACAtion<br />
<strong>Atlantic</strong> Crossing’s first phase is well along, transforming the<br />
stretch of <strong>Atlantic</strong> <strong>Ave</strong>. between Federal Hwy. and NE 7th <strong>Ave</strong>.<br />
with the Brez luxury apartments, new-to-the market restaurants, initial<br />
shops, corporate offices and the pedestrian promenade. Completion<br />
of this phase is projected in January, 2024, with work now underway<br />
on the final component – the second Brez apartment building.<br />
Phase 2 demolition is now clearing <strong>Atlantic</strong> Crossing’s eastern<br />
block of the <strong>Atlantic</strong> Plaza and Merrill Lynch buildings to make way<br />
for the final mixed-use retail/office building and the park-side condominiums.<br />
This phase’s three buildings and two garages are projected<br />
for completion in 2027.<br />
As the pieces of this $300 million investment in Delray’s future<br />
come together, Edwards Companies has the rare opportunity to reshape<br />
