The reason for all the accolades beaming their way is due to passion,<br />
not only for real estate, but for their clients and Delray Beach.<br />
The two live in Delray, play in Delray and think the sun sets a<br />
little brighter on the streets of Delray (and nearby areas).<br />
You will see them ‘golf-carting’ around Delray Beach, whether<br />
showing property, traveling on A1A at sunrise, (before a busy<br />
day) or on their way to dinner on <strong>Atlantic</strong> <strong>Ave</strong>nue.<br />
This deep love of the real estate industry – and their desire to<br />
be the best - comes naturally to the pair that have a real estate<br />
family heritage. Lindsey grew up learning the trade from her father,<br />
who has been in real estate business for 35 years (25 with<br />
Coldwell Banker Realty). Curtis’ history also includes real estate<br />
royalty – his grandfather was a successful real estate developer<br />
in Connecticut.<br />
But it is not a generational consideration that has spurred them<br />
to climb the ladder toward success, it is sheer joy at the art of selling<br />
real estate.<br />

They are also bullish on its lasting inherent value.<br />

are prime locations that can stand the test of time through any market<br />
change. Having knowledgeable local agents who are dedicated,<br />
passionate and creative with a go-getter attitude is critical today.”<br />
Both Lindsey and Curtis are adamant that Delray Beach is an<br />
idyllic place to work, live and play. You may have seen their weekly<br />
social media feature called “What’s Happening in Delray Beach.”<br />
It’s natural, authentic and a sparkling online roundup of weekly<br />
activities and events happening in downtown. “We really enjoy<br />
sharing our favorite local restaurants, shops and events happening<br />
around town.”<br />
They also have an Oprah-esque list of favorite Delray Beach<br />
things to-do.<br />
Their latest “Taste of the Town” Roundup and favorite local hot<br />
spots are: Palm Trail Grill, CASA L’ACQUA, the Grove and City Oyster.<br />
Captain Clay’s Seafood is their favorite place to buy fresh seafood.<br />
And, on Saturday mornings (when not showing real estate)<br />
the couple enjoy jumping on their golf cart and shopping at the<br />
Delray Green Market for fresh food.<br />
They also frequent the Shops at the Seagate Hotel and enjoy<br />
grabbing a quick coffee between showings at the two new coffee<br />
shop in town, Seed Coffee & Foxtail Coffee.<br />
