At its meeting on 7<strong>November</strong> <strong>2023</strong> the Waimakariri District Council<br />
resolved to adopt the Commissioner’s recommendation to decline<br />
Rolleston Industrial Developments Limited’s request to rezone<br />
approximately 155.9 hectares, as amended from Rural to Residential 2,<br />
4A and Business 4,and create aResidential 8zone.<br />

council/public-notices, or online at any Waimakariri District Council or<br />
Libraries or service centres during working hours located at:<br />
Rangiora Library, 139 Percival Street, Rangiora;<br />
Rangiora Service Centre, 215 High Street, Rangiora;<br />
Ruataniwha Kaiapoi Civic Centre, 176 Williams Street,Kaiapoi; and<br />
Oxford Service Centre/Library, 34 Main Street, Oxford.<br />
Anyone who made asubmission on Private Plan Change RCP031<br />
may appeal to the Environment Court against the Council’s decision.<br />
Appeals must be in the prescribed form as set out in Form 7tothe<br />
Resource Management (Forms, Fees and Procedure) Regulations<br />
2003. Appeals must reach the Court within 30 working days of<br />
receiving notice of the decision from the Council. Acopy of any appeals<br />
must also be served on the Council.<br />

Environment Court by 5pm, <strong>16</strong> January 2024<br />
