(57) Abstract :<br />

The invention relates to a process for syn<strong>the</strong>sis, by inverse bead polymerization <strong>of</strong> a monomer<br />

phase, <strong>of</strong> a bead-like, cross-linked, hydrophilic copolymer which has binding activity toward<br />

ligands containing nucleophilic groups. The invention relates to support polymer materials with<br />

high binding capacity for penicillin acylase and low swelling factor, as well as to use <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> same.<br />
