One of the most popular step thru mopeds of the 1970’s
the Puch Maxi was supplied in a variety of colours of
which the purple example is now the most sought after.
This barn find machine is stated to be in good condition
and running well although a service would be a
requirement. The V5 document is unavailable but the
Norwich registration number is still recorded with the
DVLA and a copy document should be obtainable on the
submission of the V62 form

The Honda PC50 was introduced in May 1969 making this
pre August 1969 machine one of the first of this highly
successful model. The vendor states that it starts easily,
rides well, is complete and original and is in good
condition. No documents are supplied but the presence of
a 1973 tax disc should assist the return of the original
number.

The advanced design of the LE did nothing to convince the
conservative motorcycling public of the 1950’s to part
with their money in droves and the majority of machines
went straight to Police Forces and Local Authorities. NUR
840 is one of the few examples that was sold straight into
civilian hands and, until the turn of the century, had not
left Hertfordshire. Last MOT’d in 1999 the LE has covered
just 15,500 miles from new according to the vendor and is
in consequent good over all condition. In running order it
is expected to have a new MOT by the time of sale.
