The meditator and <strong>the</strong> meditation, and <strong>the</strong> object <strong>of</strong><br />
meditation are only consciousness.<br />

identity is <strong>the</strong> consciousness and is an illusion.<br />

“Whatever <strong>the</strong> experiencer feels or thinks is<br />
all in <strong>the</strong> consciousness, and is not real.”<br />
Creating your experience, being responsible or<br />
appropriate are maps, ideas or models superimposed on<br />
consciousness.<br />

“All experience is illusionary, limited and<br />
temporal. Expect nothing from experience”.<br />
The focused attention <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> mind is only<br />
consciousness.<br />
The one that gives attention to an object as well as <strong>the</strong><br />
object <strong>of</strong> attention is only consciousness.<br />
The focuser, focusing, or object focused upon is an<br />
appearance made <strong>of</strong> consciousness.<br />
All is only consciousness, a ripple ocean <strong>of</strong><br />
