A composition profile plotted through the <strong>la</strong>rgest <strong>nano</strong><strong>par</strong>ticle (as indicated by b<strong>la</strong>ck<br />

dashed arrow Figure 4.35) is shown in Figure 4.38. From this profile, it can be seen that this<br />

<strong>par</strong>ticle is enriched in Cr and N and almost <strong>de</strong>pleted in Fe. The content of Fe reaches 2.0<br />

at.%.<br />

An estimation of the <strong>par</strong>ticle number <strong>de</strong>nsity for this state is rather complicated, since<br />

<strong>par</strong>ticles are close to each other, <strong>par</strong>tially interwoven and cross the analyzed volume.<br />
