For Release 11, the Conference Server can add participants to a conference via
outdialing. When the Conference Server dials out, the picture above changes only in the
direction the INVITE is sent.

The existing getUser command returns all information (profile and service data) about a
user. This is generally lot of information that is also time intensive to retrieve. To address
this problem a new command getUserList is introduced. This command returns a list of all
users within a group with minimal information for each user.
The modifyUser and modifyGroup command names are changed so that they are
consistent with other commands. The new names are modifyUserProfile and
modifyGroupProfile respectively.
A new command getHierarchy is introduced, which returns all groups and users within a
service provider.
