5.3 Error
5.3.1 Error messages
Effects of an error:
• The lamp will be immediately shut down,
• In case of an error the red Status-LED is blinking (s. Fig. 11),
• Bits in the [Error Register] will be set as soon as the correspondent error occurs.

Bit 1: An error of the mains is recorded in the {Main Voltage Low}-bit if the mains
voltage falls below the allowed minimum (see chapter 6) during lamp
operation.
Bit 3: The {ELC Temperature High} bit is set as soon as the acceptable
temperature is exceeded.
Bit 5: If the PROFIBUS connection is interrupted during lamp operation the {Bus
Connection Error} bit is set. Additionally the green Status-LED (see Fig. 11)
is blinking, or completely off as soon as the internal communication of the ELC
is interrupted.
Bit 7: If the burning voltage of the lamp is too high the {Lamp Voltage High} bit is
set.
