The body appears uncircumciosec.
The face displays extensive cyanosls with accentuation on the
right side. There are numerous petechial haemorrhages within
the facial skin and ~Iso conjunctiva. There is conjunctival
suffusion. The cyanosis and petechial haemjorrhages extend to
the level of the upper sternum.
There is evidence of vomitus in the mouth.
General hygiene good. Hand/toe nails - good condi~i,~n.
The body displays no external signs of violence.

The right groin displays two tramli:-e linear abrasions

Lefu hand - there is a 0.2 cm abra.~;ion over the 4th mer.acarpal
phalangeal joint.
The dorsum of the right ankle displays an oblique abrasion
measuring 3 cm in size.
