NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the eighty-ninth annual "general meeting of the company will
be held at the Cutlers’ Hall, Sheffield on Thumday, 6th October, 1988 at 7.00 p.m. for the following
purposes:
1. To receive the report of the directors and the accounts for the year ended 31st May, 1988.
2_. To elect two directors.
3. To appoint Arthur Andersen & Co. as auo~tors for the ensuing year, and to authorise the d’~tors
to agree their remuneration.
4. To transact such other business as may be done at a~ annu~d general meeting.
The register of transfers vail be closed from the 5th September, 1988 untJ’! after the meeting.

loan stock are not entitled, by virture of such holding, to attend or vote at the annual general meeting
