powered <strong>in</strong>terl<strong>in</strong>ked smoke and heat<br />
detectors with <strong>in</strong>tegral battery back-up.<br />
Grade F system: A system of battery<br />
operated detectors. These must be<br />
tamper proof with 10year life lithium<br />
batteries.<br />
LD3 detection. Detection <strong>in</strong> the<br />
follow<strong>in</strong>g areas:<br />
Smoke detectors:<br />
• Hallway and land<strong>in</strong>gs.<br />
• Lounge and/or d<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g room area.<br />

Heat detectors:<br />
• Kitchen depend<strong>in</strong>g on layout.<br />
