team takes action.
Stage Crew lighted up tl;e cons, con-
certs and the special events that took
place in the auditorium or the fieldhouse
of Lewis and Clark. The guys in Stage
Crew had to be capable of lifting heavy
equipment and maintaining control over
the light and sound systems. It gave the
members a chance to learn how to oper-

ate the equipment correctly that was
provided by Lewis and Clark, "Stage
Crew's responsibilities know no bounds"
stated, Stage Crew Advisor, Chuck
Schaffer.
Creative Society. new to Lewis and Clark this
year. was founded by Kevin Gould. It's a club to get
people to express themselves and to create. The

club met every other Wednesday. The club held a
variety of diverse activities such as, group sculptures,
banner painting, informal iam sessions and
much more. Ben Parzybok had this to say about the
club, "Creative Society is a revoluationary club for
Lewis and Clark, Anyone is allowed to join, There is
no talent. academic interest or social standing required
to join. When the club is in meeting it is
amazing to behold twenty people or so all ecstatically
excited and contributing to any idea
dreamed up a few minutes before. i hope that an
underclassman has the motivation, like Kevin did,
to keep it going. It could become an important part
of Lewis and Clark's culture."
