Bread Making Fun at Mandarin Oriental

making bread doughnuts, and cookies along
with members of the New Life Psychiatric
Rehabilitation Association at a bakery workshop
organized by Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong.
Executive Pastry Chef Yves Matthey taught
participants the techniques of making great
tasting and beautiful-looking cookies. They
were then given the basic ingredients to create
their own masterpiece.
“There was a very happy atmosphere,” said
Mr Keswick after the workshop. “New Life’s
members were so creative and we all had a
fantastic time making cookies for ourselves.”

involved with MINDSET, the tenth
anniversary brochure also outlines
