placements in a wide range of health settings, including
a burns unit, obstetrics unit and a number of emergency
departments. These placements, along with access
to state-of-the-art facilities including an on-campus
simulation suite, have been invaluable to my career as an
ambulance paramedic.

Inclusive of the public health, social, cultural and clinical aspects
of paramedical science, this course provides students with the
knowledge and skills to deliver care within a range of clinical,
policy and/or organisational contexts.
This course prepares graduates to practice high quality
paramedicine in a wide spectrum of healthcare and cultural
settings, and to lead Australian and international trends in
healthcare provision.
Non-Standard Timetable Information: The home campus for
