Consi<strong>de</strong>rando que exista um efeito direto da TARV na<br />
imunida<strong>de</strong> e na ocorrência <strong>de</strong> doenças oportunistas,<br />
é mandatório que ocorra a reconstituição imune para<br />
que se obtenha melhora com o tratamento convencional<br />
contra o HPV, que nos pacientes com Aids<br />
apresenta-se como um quadro disseminado e refratário<br />
ao tratamento clássico utilizado habitualmente.<br />
