Las causas atribuibles para los tres indicadores que se encuentran en semáforo rojo son las Siguientes: Falta de sensibilización al registro oportuno de la educación que se brinda al paciente y familia. Falta de sensibilización al registro del funcionamiento de la sonda en pacientes. El personal de enfermería realiza la valoración y establece el plan de cuidados, sin embargo en el momento de la evaluación no se reporta debido a que el formato de valoración del riesgo de úlceras no permitía contar con un espacio destinado para tal fin. ACCIONES DE MEJORA RECOMENDADAS Apegarse al procedimiento para la prevención de caidasen pacientes hospitalizados. Apego a los estándares de calidad AOP 2, 4.1 EM I , PFE 2, 3 , COP 2.3 ; etc. Fomentar el registro de cuidados que brinda el personal de enfermería. Difusión de los nuevos formatos reestructurados de registro clínico de enfermería que contemplan la revaloración del riesgo de úlceras. 27. SEGURO POPULAR En el periodo que se informa se han beneficiado 3,908 pacientes por el Programa de Fondo de Gastos Catastróficos del Seguro Popular. 125
