Debido a los hallazgos anteriores, en cuanto a los errores en la prescripción se hizo<br />

necesario un seguimiento al análisis <strong>de</strong>l INSEP en las tres unida<strong>de</strong>s <strong>de</strong>l Servicio <strong>de</strong><br />

Medicina Interna, <strong>de</strong>rivando en la solicitud al servicio <strong>de</strong> estrategias que permitieran<br />

un incremento en la seguridad <strong>de</strong> la prescripción, obteniendo los siguientes<br />

resultados <strong>de</strong> esta última revisión. (Gráfico 7 y tabla 3)<br />

Gráfico 7. INSEP en el Servicio <strong>de</strong> Medicina Interna. Se realizó una revisión durante cuatro semanas, el primer<br />

registro correspon<strong>de</strong> al promedio <strong>de</strong> última semana <strong>de</strong> la primera revisión.<br />
