THE CIA AGAINST LATIN AMERICAA NECESSARY GUIDEThe Present volume, which appears as Notebook No. 2 of the HistoricalArchive of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility, refersto the activities of the CIA (United States Central Intelligence Agency) inEcuador and other countries, mainly in Latin America and The Caribbean.Notebook No. 1 was titled “Eloy Alfaro, líder de Nuestra América”(Eloy Alfaro, leader of Our America). It was published in October of 2013and circulated successfully inside and out of the country within a voluminousedition of 25,000 copies for free distribution which was promotedin several national and international scale acts. It was the decision andcontinental vision of Chancellor Ricardo Patiño Aroca which allowed theexistence of this broad reaching work.Notebook No. 2, which will circulate in the same way with 30,000copies, is composed of three parts, all related to the complaints andthoughts of Philip Agee, the famous ex CIA operative who died in LaHabana on January 7 th 2008 at 73 years of age.
