It is a claim to the appalling conditions ofhunger, illiteracy, poor health, backwardness and misery of the people ofthe area, imposed by the capitalist system of exploitation and sustainedby imperialism and bloody tyrannies that show terror in these lands.This shows the fallacy of the administration of Ronald Reagan, tryingto attribute called East-West confrontation in this state of affairs. Mr.Reagan and his advisers appeal to the grossest slanders and take hold ofthe grossest to try to characterize the political situation in Central <strong>America</strong>and the Caribbean and project his performance in the area in thatsense formulas. They claim that the revolutionary explosion that shookthe region due to the subversive work of the Cuban Revolution. It’s unspeakablebehavior of those who seek to ignore the history of all kindsof attacks that have gestated, funded and supported the rulers of theUnited States to destroy Cuba and its socialist revolution.The profound political, economic and social crisis of the world requiresUS willingness to sit at the table of negotiations, as it claimed allpeople, and has been repeated many times by the international commu-58
