The CIA tries to have an intimate relationship with the greatestnumber of intelligence services possible. The reasons for their interest in this vary accordingto each case, but there is a governing purpose always: every contactof the CIA with the intelligence and security services of a countryimplies the possibility to control the State itself in that country. Thesecurity and intelligence services are some of the best sources of informationregarding the political stability of a country and naturally theCIA can obtain information about what is going to happen from onemoment to the next.
