The most distrustful patients were 50 to 64 years old.
Not all the worker classes were represented because the sample was too small.
The strength of this thesis was the interview face to face that allowed to get more
details and to understand that all patients didn’t have the same definition of generic
drugs.
Results corresponded to the results that were found through works lead in Norway,
Deutchland and Spain.
Conclusion: Patients trusted generic drugs but need to be better informed.
New sources of information are to explore for example Internet because it reaches
people that are less informed therefore less incline to trust the generic drugs.
Informational campaigns developed by the Social Security organization had no
impact on the patients who sometimes had a bad image of the health organisation.
General practitioners were also ill-informed and their own convictions influenced
those of their patients.
