The most distrustful patients were 50 to 64 years old.<br />

Not all the worker classes were represented because the sample was too small.<br />

The strength of this thesis was the interview face to face that allowed to get more<br />

details and to understand that all patients didn’t have the same definition of generic<br />

drugs.<br />

Results corresponded to the results that were found through works lead in Norway,<br />

Deutchland and Spain.<br />

Conclusion: Patients trusted generic drugs but need to be better informed.<br />

New sources of information are to explore for example Internet because it reaches<br />

people that are less informed therefore less incline to trust the generic drugs.<br />

Informational campaigns developed by the Social Security organization had no<br />

impact on the patients who sometimes had a bad image of the health organisation.<br />

General practitioners were also ill-informed and their own convictions influenced<br />

those of their patients.<br />
