Recommendations
Actors suggested that PNDRT should connect them to new
external markets. There should be techniques and improved
structures for processing of roots and tubers. They should be
supported with improved storage structures.
Conclusion
The only crop that will be taken into consideration in this basin
is Solanum potatoes which are produced in large quantities and which
had many actors intervening in its marketing. It is so important that
the urban council and professional structures are involved in its
marketing.
For the other crops, the production will be encouraged; so as to
improve the availability and so encourage the marketing.
The best channel of communicating the market information will
be the radio and eventually the internet to those who are literate.
