6.3 Installation of DH-12 Vehicle Hitch<br />
Mount Sleeve & Accessories<br />
6.3.1. Mounting the DH-12 Vehicle Hitch Mount to a Hitch Receiver<br />
<strong>The</strong> Vehicle Hitch Mount Sleeve is designed to install into a 2” hitch receiver on an attendant<br />
vehicle to provide a portable anchor point for confi ned space entry/retrieval, rescue and fall arrest<br />
systems. Various sockets, extensions and accessories are available for use with the sleeve.<br />
Insert the back end of the DH-12<br />
1 into the hitch receiver.<br />

Secure<br />
the DH-12 by pinning into<br />
position.<br />

On the front end of the DH-12,<br />
adjust the height by inserting the<br />
pin into whatever hole set best suits<br />
your needs.<br />
Once the DH-12 system is secure,<br />
insert the the mast into the barrel<br />
sleeve and tighten tri screw if needed.<br />
WARNING<br />
For proper operation,<br />
pin must be in place.<br />
