The mobile wallet application spans all of<br />
the key functions needed for shopping, payments,<br />
sending of money between friends,<br />
collecting bonus points, receiving coupons and<br />
social messaging – both online and offline.<br />
The mobile wallet is rounded out with a<br />
Prepaid MasterCard ® and a MasterCard ®<br />
contactless NFC solution that makes cashless<br />
payments at more than 36 million merchants<br />
worldwide easier than ever before. In addition,<br />
the Cashcloud app allows users to send money<br />
to each other in real time. To provide a secure<br />
service to the young user-base, Cashcloud<br />
offers a parental subaccount. Parents can open<br />
aCashcloud account for their youngsters and<br />
transfer pocket money to the electronic smartphone<br />
wallet. Thus, they have control over the<br />
account and the spending of their children.<br />
We are operating an open, neutral and integrated<br />
platform that is totally independent of banks,<br />
mobile network operators, and device manufacturers;<br />
it works smoothly on IOS and Android<br />
operating systems. Thus we are targeting everyone<br />
who is looking for an independent solution<br />
and who has a smartphone and is interested<br />
in using it as a payment option. In particular<br />
young and innovative users who aremore likely<br />
to adapt the idea of mobile payment.<br />
The idea came from our Company heads<br />
after careful research and evaluation of the<br />
mobile payment market. We started with the<br />
development of our mobile wallet application<br />
at the end of 2012 and launched the<br />
beta version in February 2013.<br />
Since October 2013 our mobile wallet app has<br />
been available in the Google Play Store and<br />
App Store. Since then we have continuously<br />
improved our application and developed<br />
more features to make it more attractive for<br />
users. Meanwhile our all-in-one mobile wallet<br />
solution sets innovative standards and has<br />
already received numerous international<br />
awards including the BankingCheck Award,<br />
the FinTech Innovation Award, and the<br />
Banking IT-Innovation Award.<br />
By the end of 2016 we anticipate that<br />
Cashcloud will be operating in 24 countries<br />
and in five different currency areas.<br />
With the firm’s pre-set goal on dynamic<br />
growth Cashcloud shares have been listed<br />
for trading on the General Standard of<br />
Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Deutsche Börse<br />
AG) since June 2015.<br />
