Tropical Botanic Garden, and from December 4th to
11th, attend its concerts and drawing and photography
workshops; see an exhibit at the Cuban cultural
center inside the Freedom Tower; admire the Italian-
Renaissance style architecture of Vizcaya Museum &
Gardens; learn more about the local aeronautical
industry at the Pan American Seaplane Base; stop
by 1111 Lincoln Road to see the best-looking parking
garage; swim with seals and dolphins at Miami Seaquarium;
get your dose of art at the Pérez Art Museum
Miami, MoCA, and Bass Museum of Art; get close
to the critters at Jungle Island Zoological Park; join
a ranger program at Big Cypress National Preserve;
discover 500 varieties of fruit, vegetables, spices and
herbs at the Fruit & Spice Park–
enough to make your head spin.
And if you’re still up for more,
make a day trip to Aventura, just
north of Miami, to shop at the
Florida Keys Outlet Center and
Aventura Mall. Continue north for
the astronaut’s experience at the
Kennedy Space Center.
