FIÈRE DE VOTRE CRINIÈRE
A LONG LOVELY MANE
Hair grows about half an inch per month—not bad, but not enough! Ladies,
here are a few tips to speed up hair growth for beautiful long tresses.
Conseil N°1 : ~ Ne lavez pas de trop
vos cheveux et privilégiez plutôt des
shampooings doux.
cheveux ! Tous les trois mois, la pause chez
le coiffeur s’impose !
Tip #1: ~ Don’t wash your hair too often,
and use a gentle shampoo. Whenever possible,
air-dry your hair instead of blow drying. Skip
the blowouts. Remember to hydrate tips by
regularly applying several drops of coconut
milk, or avocado, castor, or monoï oil. These
products untangle and nourish, and even tame
flyaways better than any styling gel!
Tip #2: ~ At least once a week, treat your
hair to an ultra-nourishing hair mask made with
olive oil, some honey and an egg. Apply the
mixture evenly over the entire length of your
hair, leaving the scalp dry. Let the treatment
steep into your hair for several hours or overnight.
Then rinse thoroughly with cool water.
Tip #3: ~ Every two weeks, when you
do a body and face exfoliation, you should
also exfoliate your scalp. Combine used coffee
grounds, coarse salt and strawberry seeds
(or similar) into a paste. Then gently massage
into your scalp to remove any dandruff, eliminate
excess sebum, activate microcirculation
and stimulate hair bulbs.
Tip #4: ~ While it may be completely counterintuitive,
for your hair to grow long and
thick, it must be cut! So don’t forget to make
an appointment with your stylist every three
months!
