matériels adaptés, mais aussi optimisation du transport !<br />
Air Guyane a donc été fortement impliquée dans nos<br />
séjours tests.<br />
Fin octobre, une nouvelle étape a été franchie :<br />
les opérateurs touristiques et les acteurs socioprofessionnels<br />
de la commune ont été initiés à la<br />
Langue des Signes Française (LSF), afin de pouvoir<br />
recevoir dans les meilleures conditions les personnes<br />
déficientes auditives. Parallèlement, l’Association des<br />
Parents et Amis des Déficients Auditifs de Guyane<br />
(APADAG) a vérifié l’application pour Smartphone<br />
Géotrek, qui proposera très prochainement des<br />
vidéos présentant les points remarquables des<br />
sentiers en LSF.<br />
Aujourd’hui, l’un des objectifs<br />
majeurs consiste à mettre les<br />
acteurs du territoire en réseau et<br />
à impliquer les partenaires du<br />
PAG (l’APADAG, les PEP 973)<br />
afin qu’ils puissent au fur et à<br />
mesure s’approprier l’opération,<br />

on that we introduced digital tools, accessible equipment,<br />
but also better transportation! Air Guyane has<br />
therefore been incredibly involved in our test run phase.”<br />
Another milestone will be passed in October:<br />
members of the community involved in tourism,<br />
health, and the environment were introduced<br />
to French Sign Language (LSF) to be able to<br />
provide services to users with hearing impairments.<br />
Simultaneously, the Association of Parents and<br />
Friends of the Hearing Impaired of French<br />
Guiana (APADAG) helped to test Géotrek, a<br />
smart phone application that will soon offer<br />
videos in LSF that introduce users to noteworthy<br />
sites along the trails.<br />
“Today, one of the major objectives<br />
is to increase involvement<br />
at the regional level and among<br />
PAG’s partners, such as APADAG<br />
and PEP 973, so that they can,<br />
over time, head the operation<br />
themselves,” concludes Loïc<br />
