Vice & Vertu Distilleries, fondée par Franck Sergerie,<br />
en est maintenant à sa troisième création avec<br />
AquaVice, un aquavit aux saveurs teintées de carvi,<br />
de bouleau, de menthe et d’hibiscus. Même s’il s’apparente<br />
au gin, ce type de spiritueux moins connu<br />
au Québec est traditionnellement distillé dans les<br />
pays scandinaves depuis le XV e siècle. Une autre<br />
