Die Stahlwerk Thüringen GmbH hat von Beginn
an großen Wert auf den intensiven und
direkten Kontakt zu den Vertretern der umlie
gen den Gemeinden und den zuständigen
Behörden gelegt. Insgesamt hat sich dies
sehr positiv auf das Image des Unternehmens
ausgewirkt und zu einem Vertrauensverhältnis
geführt.
In der Regionalpresse berichtet Stahlwerk
Thüringen häufig über Maßnahmen und Aktivitäten
des Unternehmens, auch umweltrelevanter
Art, und schafft so Transparenz
seiner Prozesse und Handlungen.
Regelmäßig finden Betriebsbesuche von
Partnern und Gästen statt.
Die sozialen Aktivitäten der Stahlwerk Thüringen
GmbH wurden mehrfach mit dem
Sozialpreis „Arbeit Plus“ der evangelischen
Kirche ausgezeichnet. In der Region werden
Schulen, Kindereinrichtungen, Sportstätten,
Gemeinden, Vereine, religiöse und kulturelle
Einrichtungen unterstützt.

GmbH has emphasized on intensive and
direct contact to representatives of the surrounding
communes and appropriate authorities.
Altogether this had a very positive influence
on the company image and lead to
mutual trust.

actions and activities - also those being of
environmental kind - in the regional media.
This creates transparency of its processes
and operations.
Factory tours of partners and guests take
place frequently.
The social company activities had been
awarded several times with the Social Prize
„Arbeit Plus“ of the evangelic church.
Numerous regional institutions receive
support: schools, kinder gardens, sports
facilities, communes, clubs, religious and
cultural organisations.

Dès le début, Stahlwerk Thüringen GmbH a
developpé le contact intensif et direct envers
les représentants des communes environnantes
et les autorités responsables.
Dans l’ensemble, l’image de l’entreprise a
été influencée très positivement et une relation
de confiance a été établie.
Fréquemment, Stahlwerk Thüringen communique
ses actions et activités - même
celles relatives à l’environnnement - dans
les médias régionaux. Ceci génère la transparence
de ses procès et actes.
Il y a très souvent des visties d’entreprise

Les activités sociales de l’entreprise ont reçu
