Sicherung der Kontaminationsfreiheit<br />

Formstahllieferungen<br />
Durch folgende Maßnahmen wird sichergestellt,<br />
dass alle Produkte und Nebenprodukte<br />
der <strong>Stahlwerk</strong> <strong>Thüringen</strong> GmbH frei von radioaktiver<br />
Kontamination sind:<br />
– Vertragliche Vereinbarungen mit den Lieferanten<br />
von Schrott, Legierungen und<br />
Zuschlagstoffen, dass diese nicht kontaminiert<br />
sind<br />
– Kontrolle der gesamten eingehenden<br />
Stoffe auf Radioaktivität<br />
– Überprüfung aller Stahlprofile und Nebenprodukte<br />
hinsichtlich radioaktiver Kontamination<br />
Für die Ortung radioaktiver Substanzen stehen<br />
<strong>Stahlwerk</strong> <strong>Thüringen</strong> moderne und effiziente<br />
Messanlagen zur Verfügung. Im Rahmen<br />
des Managementsystems wird eine lückenlose<br />
Überwachung aller ein- und ausgehenden<br />
Stoffe organisiert und dokumentiert.<br />
Um zu erreichen, dass keine radioaktiven<br />
Stoffe in den Produktionsprozess gelangen,<br />
werden im Eingangsbereich <strong>Stahlwerk</strong> <strong>Thüringen</strong><br />
insbesondere alle Schrottlieferungen<br />
geprüft durch:<br />
– eine stationäre Messanlage für alle Lieferungen<br />
per LKW<br />
– eine stationäre Messanlage für sämtliche<br />
Waggonanlieferungen<br />
– eine zusätzliche unabhängige Überprüfung<br />
mittels Detektoren in den Greifern beim<br />
Umschlag auf dem Schrottplatz<br />
Zur Absicherung der Kontaminationsfreiheit<br />
aller durch <strong>Stahlwerk</strong> <strong>Thüringen</strong> ausgelieferten<br />
Stahlprofile wird jede Charge am<br />
Pfannenofen anhand von Proben mittels NaI-<br />
Detektor an einem bleiabgeschirmten Messplatz<br />
auf Radioaktivität geprüft.<br />
Vervollständigt wird die Überwachung der<br />
ausgehenden Stoffströme durch die Prüfung<br />
der im <strong>Stahlwerk</strong> <strong>Thüringen</strong> anfallenden<br />
Nebenprodukte, Schlacken und Filterstäube<br />
hinsichtlich radioaktiver Kontamination.<br />

Free Deliveries<br />
for Steel Sections<br />
The following measures have been made<br />
to ensure that all products and by-products<br />
produced by <strong>Stahlwerk</strong> <strong>Thüringen</strong> GmbH are<br />
free of radioactive contamination:<br />
– contractual agreements with suppliers of<br />
scrap, alloys and additives that the deliveries<br />
are not contaminated<br />
– checking of all goods inwards for radioactivity<br />
– testing of all steel sections and by-products<br />
for radioactive contamination<br />
<strong>Stahlwerk</strong> <strong>Thüringen</strong> has installed modern<br />
highly sensitive measurement equipment<br />
for the detection of radioactive substances.<br />
A comprehensive monitoring of goods inwards<br />
and outwards is carried out and documented<br />
within the framework of the Quality<br />
Management System.<br />
To prevent any radioactive materials reaching<br />
the production process there are<br />
checks made before goods (especially<br />
scrap) are allowed on site, these are:<br />
– permanent monitoring equipment for all<br />
deliveries by road<br />
– permanent monitoring equipment for all<br />
deliveries by railway wagon<br />
– additional independent check made using<br />
detectors on the crane grabs used for<br />
material transfer in the scrap yard<br />
To guarantee that all steel sections delivered<br />
to our customers are free of contamination,<br />
a NaI detector positioned in a lead shielded<br />
measuring point at the ladle furnace checks<br />
for radioactivity.<br />
To achieve the full and complete monitoring<br />
of all materials leaving <strong>Stahlwerk</strong> <strong>Thüringen</strong><br />
the by-products, slag and filter dust, are<br />
also checked for radioactive contamination.<br />

Les mesures suivantes assurent que tous<br />
les produits et sous-produits de <strong>Stahlwerk</strong><br />
<strong>Thüringen</strong> GmbH sont libres de contamination<br />
radioactive:<br />
– accords contractuels avec les fournisseurs<br />
de ferraille, des alliages et des additifs<br />
que les livraisons ne sont pas contaminées<br />
– contrôle de radioactivité de tous les matériaux<br />
entrant<br />
– vérification de tous les profilés en acier et<br />
des sous-produits en termes de contamination<br />
radioactive<br />
Pour la détection de substances radioactives<br />
<strong>Stahlwerk</strong> <strong>Thüringen</strong> est équipée<br />
d’installations de mesure modernes et efficaces.<br />
Dans le cadre du système de gestion,<br />
un suivi complet de tous les matériaux entrants<br />
et sortants est organisé et documenté.<br />
Pour assurer qu‘aucune matière radioactive<br />
entre dans le processus de production,<br />
<strong>Stahlwerk</strong> <strong>Thüringen</strong> examine notamment<br />
toutes les fournitures de ferraille à l’entrée:<br />
– un système de mesure fixe pour toutes<br />
les livraisons par camion<br />
– un système de mesure fixe pour toutes<br />
les livraisons par wagons<br />
– un examen indépendant supplémentaire<br />
moyennant des détecteurs dans les crochets<br />
pendant le transfert sur le parc à<br />
ferraille<br />
Pour assurer que tous profilés livrés par<br />
<strong>Stahlwerk</strong> <strong>Thüringen</strong> ne sont pas contaminés,<br />
chaque charge est testée sur radioactivité<br />
à l‘aide d‘échantillons au four à poche<br />
en utilisant un détecteur NaI dans un site<br />
d‘essai avec blindage de plomb.<br />
Pour compléter la surveillance des flux de<br />
matières sortant de <strong>Stahlwerk</strong> <strong>Thüringen</strong>,<br />
les sous-produits, la scorie et la poussière<br />
de filtrage sont aussi examinés sur la contamination<br />
radioactive.
