Umweltproduktdeklaration
Umweltdeklarationen für Bauprodukte enthalten
ökobilanzbasierte Indikatoren, die den
Beitrag zum Treibhauseffekt, zur Ressourcennutzung
und zur Wirkung auf Menschen
und Ökosysteme beschreiben. Die Deklarationen
enthalten Aussagen zu besonders
umweltschonenden Produktentwicklungen
sowie Hinweise auf besondere Nutzungsregeln,
die der Umwelt zugute kommen.
Die Deklarationen eignen sich zur detaillierten
Information von Geschäftspartnern
und können das Marketing und die Kommunikation
mit Investoren und anderen Anspruchsgruppen
unterstützen.
Zur Harmonisierung der Anforderungen an
Nachhaltiges Bauen im Hochbau und an
die Umweltproduktdeklaration von Bauprodukten
wurde die internationale Norm ISO
21930 im ISO/TC59/SC17 erarbeitet.
Gemeinsam mit anderen deutschen Herstellern
erarbeitete die Stahlwerk Thüringen
GmbH im Rahmen des bauforumstahl* eine
Umweltproduktdeklaration nach ISO 14025
für Formstahl und Grobbleche.
Die Produktdeklaration beinhaltet in konzentrierter
Form Informationen zu:
– Produktdefinition und Informationen über
Bauphysik
– Informationen über Werkstoffkennwerte
und Materialherkunft
– Angaben zur Produktbearbeitung
– Hinweise zur Produktverarbeitung
– Informationen über Gebrauchseigenschaften
und Besonderheiten
*bauforumstahl ist ein auf das Bauwesen spezialisiertes,
unabhängiges Forum für Beratung und Wissenstransfer
und bietet eine offene Plattform für vielfältigste Aktivitäten
rund um das Planen und Bauen.
Uniform Environmental
Product Declaration
Environmental declarations for building
products include eco-balance based indicators
that describe the contribution to the
greenhouse effect, resource utilization and
the effect on humans and ecosystems. The
declarations contain statements on outstanding
environmentally friendly product development
as well as remarks for particular
usage rules that benefit the environment.
The declarations are suitable for detailed information
of business partners and to support
the marketing and the communication
with investors and other stakeholders.
The harmonization of requirements for sustainable
building of superstructures and
for environmental product declaration of
construction products, the international
standard ISO 21930 has been incorporated
in ISO/TC59/SC17.
Together with other German manufacturers
Stahlwerk Thüringen GmbH developed an
Environmental Product Declaration according
to ISO 14025 for sections and thick
plates within the framework of bauforumstahl*.
The product declaration includes brief information
about:
– Product definition and information about
construction physics
– Details on substances properties and material
origin
– Specifications on product execution
– Advice on product processing
– Information on operating characteristics
and special features
*bauforumstahl is an independent forum specialized in
consultation for construction and knowledge exchange
and provides an open platform for various activities regarding
planning and building.

Déclaration environnementale

produit
Les déclarations environnementales des
produits de construction contiennent des
indicateurs basés sur le bilan écologique,
qui décrivent dans quelle mesure les produits
concernés contribuent à l’effet de serre,
l‘utilisation des ressources et leur action
sur l’être humain et les écosystèmes. Les
déclarations contiennent des informations
sur le développement de produits particulièrement
respectueux de l‘environnement
ainsi que des indications sur des règles particulières
d‘utilisation qui sont bénéfiques à
l‘environnement.
Les déclarations permettent aux partenaires
commerciaux de s’informer de manière détaillée
et sont un outil de marketing et de
communication supplémentaire dans les
relations avec les investisseurs et autres
parties prenantes.
La norme internationale ISO 21930 sous
ISO/TC59/SC17 a été développée afin
d’harmoniser les exigences en matière de
construction durable de bâtiments et de déclarations
environnementales des produits
de construction.
En coopération avec d‘autres constructeurs
allemands et dans le cadre du bauforumstahl*,
Stahlwerk Thüringen GmbH a élaboré
une déclaration environnementale pour les
profilés et tôles fortes, en s’appuyant sur la
norme ISO 14025.
La déclaration sur le produit contient, de
manière concentrée, des informations sur
les aspects suivants :
– Définition du produit et informations sur la
physique du bâtiment
– Détails des propriétés des matières et origine
des matériaux
– Informations relatives au traitement des
produits
– Indications sur la transformation des produits
– Informations sur les caractéristiques
d’utilisation et particularités.
