Thüringen
Die Stahlwerk Thüringen GmbH ist dem
Prinzip der „Nachhaltigen Entwicklung“ verpflichtet
und stellt sich dieser Herausforderung
erfolgreich. Ziel ist es, wirtschaftliche
und soziale Bedingungen zu sichern, die eine
dauerhafte Standortentwicklung ermöglichen
und den Bedürfnissen künftiger Generationen
gerecht werden.
Unternehmensentscheidungen berücksichtigen
neben wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten
immer auch soziale und umweltbezogene
Aspekte. Unternehmensziele sind neben der
hohen Qualität der Produkte und Dienstleistungen
auch Verbesserungen für die Region
und das gesellschaftliche Umfeld.
SWT arbeitet seit seiner Gründung intensiv
daran, den Produktionsprozess hinsichtlich
Stoff- und Energieeinsatz zu optimieren und
investiert in die jeweils beste verfügbare
Technik. Durch diese langjährige gezielte Arbeit
ist es unter anderem gelungen, zu den
in der Branche (Elektrostahlerzeugung unlegierter
Profilstähle) führenden Unternehmen
hinsichtlich der Reduzierung der Emission
von Kohlendioxid zu zählen. Dies ist ein wichtiger
Beitrag zum Klimaschutz, zur Sicherung
von Arbeitsplätzen und zur Reduzierung der
Umweltbelastung in der Region.
Die Stahlwerk Thüringen GmbH ist im August
2009 dem „Nachhaltigkeitsabkommen
Thüringen 2009 – 2011 (NAThüringen)“ beigetreten,
welches für den Zeitraum 2012 bis
2014 verlängert worden ist. Die Mitglieder,
bestehend aus der Landesregierung und der
Wirtschaft des Freistaates Thüringen, stellen
sich freiwillig dem Ziel, ein hohes Niveau an
Ressourcenschonung, Energieeffizienz sowie
Umwelt- und Klimaschutz zu erreichen.
Stahlwerk Thüringen legt sehr großen Wert
auf die Ausbildung von eigenen Fachkräften.
Seit 1994 verfügt SWT über eine eigene
Lehrausbildung. Seitdem wurden über 120
junge Facharbeiter in den Ausbildungsberufen
Industrie-Mechaniker, Industrie-Elektroniker,
Industrie- und Bürokaufmann/-frau
eingestellt.

Stahlwerk Thüringen GmbH is committed to
the principle of the ”sustainable development”
and is meeting this challenge successfully.
The aim is to improve economic
and social conditions in order to meet the
needs of future generations.
Company decisions are always based on
economic aspects as well as on social and
environmental considerations. Company
goals are high product and service quality
as well as improvements for the region and
the social environment.
Since its formation, Stahlwerk Thüringen
has been working intensively to optimize the
production process with regard to the use
of materials and energy and to invest in the
best state of the art technology. This longterm
targeted work has enabled Stahlwerk
Thüringen to become the leading company
with regard to the reduction of carbon dioxide
emissions in its industry (steel production
of non-alloy profiles), making an important
contribution to the protection of the
climate, securing jobs and reducing environmental
pollution in the surrounding area.
In August 2009, Stahlwerk Thüringen GmbH
joined the “Sustainability Agreement of Thuringia
2009 – 2011 (NAThüringen)”, the agreement
was prolonged for the period 2012
until 2014. The members of this agreement,
consisting of the Federal State Government
and Thuringian businesses, have voluntarily
committed to the objective of achieving a
high level of natural resource conservation,
energy efficiency as well as environmental
and climate protection.
Stahlwerk Thüringen sets high value on the
education of its own specialists. Since 1994,
Stahlwerk Thüringen has trained its own
apprentices. From that time on, more than
120 young specialists have been employed
as certified industrial mechanics, industrial
electronics, as well as industrial and office
clerks.

Thüringen
Stahlwerk Thüringen GmbH s’engage en
faveur du principe du « développement durable
» et relève le défi avec brio. L‘objectif
est d‘assurer des conditions économiques
et sociales qui permettent un développement
du site s’inscrivant dans la durée, tout
en satisfaisant aux besoins des générations
futures.
Outre les aspects économiques, les décisions de
l’entreprise sont toujours également basées sur
des considérations sociales et écologiques. Les
objectifs de l’entreprise visent une qualité élevée
pour les produits et les services, mais entendent
aussi proposer des améliorations pour la région
et la société dans son proche environnement.
Depuis sa création, Stahlwerk Thüringen
travaille beaucoup à l’optimisation des processus
de production, notamment par rapport
à l’utilisation des matières premières et
de l’énergie ; l’entreprise investit toujours
dans la meilleure technologie disponible. En
vertu de ses efforts ciblés et de son travail
de longue date, l’entreprise a réussi à devenir
l’une des entreprises leaders du secteur
(électro-sidérurgie pour la production de
profilés en acier non alliés) en ce qui concerne
la réduction des émissions de CO².
C’est une contribution importante à la protection
du climat, à la garantie de l’emploi et
à la réduction de la pollution dans la région.
En août 2009, Stahlwerk Thüringen GmbH a
rejoint « l’Accord de développement durable
en Thuringe 2009 – 2011 (NAThüringen), ce
t accord a été prolongé de 2012 à 2014. »
Les membres de cet accord, qui regroupe le
gouvernement du Land de Thuringe et les
représentants des entreprises de la région,
s’engagent volontairement à atteindre un
niveau élevé de préservation des ressources,
d’efficacité énergétique ainsi que de
protection de l’environnement et du climat.
Stahlwerk Thüringen attache beaucoup
d’importance à la formation de sa propre
main-d’œuvre qualifiée. Depuis 1994,
Stahlwerk Thüringen dispose de sa propre
structure de formation d’apprentis. Depuis,
plus de 120 jeunes ouvriers qualifiés ont
trouvé un emploi en tant que mécanicien
industriel, électronicien industriel, agent
technico-commercial ou agent de gestion.
