PAST CONTINUOUS<br />
Il Past Continuous si forma con il passato del verbo to be + il gerundio (forma in –ing). Il Past<br />
Continuous si usa per parlare di azioni o situazioni in corso in un momento particolare del passato.<br />
Rispetto al simple past si sottolinea la continuità di un’azione nel passato.<br />
I was living in Pavia when I was at University.<br />
