PROBLEM<br />
Motor won't start.<br />

TROUBLESHOOTING<br />
POSSIBLE CAUSE<br />
1. No main voltage.<br />
2. Power cord/plug coupling faulty.<br />
3. Material was hold/jammed<br />
in blade.<br />
1. Overload protector cutoff because<br />
materials was jammed in a<br />
long time.<br />
2. Motor thermo-protector cutoff.<br />
Cutting blade running backwards.<br />
A big clearance between shaving<br />
plate and blade.<br />
Material blockage.<br />

SOLUTION<br />
1. Check fuse.<br />
2. Check, replace.<br />
3. Reversal, take out the material.<br />
1. Wait for 5minutes,press the overload<br />
protector,reversal and take out<br />
the material.<br />
2. Wait for 5 minutes, switch it<br />
on again.<br />
Change direction of rotation.<br />
Readjust the clearance to 0-0.5 mm.<br />
Switch off, wait until it has stopped<br />
completely and then switch it<br />
on again.
