Alcune opere di Cesare Benaglia sono intitolate
“Viscere” ; i segni bianchi che si susseguono indicano
l’anima dell’uomo.
Nella sala dedicata all’acqua, i miei occhi sono “caduti”
su un dipinto; in quest’opera mi hanno meravigliato
i segni bianchi, tanto che alcuni di noi hanno
chiesto come mai questi segni invece della firma. La
risposta dell’artista è stata: “è questa la mia firma”.

Some of Cesare Benaglia’s works are called ‘Bowels’.
The white marks that come one after the other
stand for man’s soul. While we were visiting the
room dedicated to the water, my eyes focused on
a painting with white marks. Some of us asked
why the artist had made those marks instead of
his signature, but his answer was: ‘That is my signature’.
