Macchine a nastro per lucidare
lastre di marmo ed altri materiali
calcarei. Viene fabbricata
in due versioni, KFT 3000/08 e
KFT 3000/014 rispettivamente
con
8 e 14 mandrini. La
velocità massima
della trave mobile
è di 50 m/minuto.
I gruppi leviganti
montano un motore
della potenza di 11Kw. Il piatto porta abrasivi
ha diametro di 550 mm e porta 9 abrasivi.
La rilevazione del profilo della lastra avviene per
mezzo di un sistema elettronico a fotocellule.
Il sistema di gestione e controllo tramite Personal
Computer con interfaccia operatore in ambiente
Windows è realizzato per la massima chiarezza
e immediatezza, associate ad una reale semplicità
d’uso, anche grazie alla tecnologia touch
screen.
Il Personal Computer rende inoltre facile raccogliere
ed organizzare un insieme di dati statistici
sulla produzione e sull’andamento della macchina.
Mastice-stucco “CANOVA” speciale per graniti e
marmi, bicomponente, a base di resine
epossidiche. Di ottima adesività anche su pietre
dure su cui l’adesione dei mastici normali a volte
non è sufficiente. Ha ritiro praticamente nullo e
permette di eseguire anche grandi riparazioni
con una sola applicazione.
Inalterabile dagli agenti atmosferici, resiste
agli acidi, agli alcali, ai solventi, all’acqua
anche marina ed è quindi particolarmente
adatto per lavori all’esterno.
Ottimo con l’impregnazione superficiale
di piani destinati al
contatto con acqua o altri
agenti chimici (piani di cucina,
bar, ristoranti). All’occorrenza
può essere colorato
con ossido di ferro;
la versione trasparente,
in spessori
non alti, è praticamente
invisibile.

Belt machine used to polish marble and
other calcareous materials. It is
produced in two versions:
KFT 3000/08 and
KFT 3000/014,
equipped with 8
and 14 spindles,
respectively. The
max. speed of the
mobile beam is 50
metres/minute.
The polishing spindles are driven by an 11 kW
motor each.
The abrasive-holding plate has a diameter of 550
mm and holds 9 abrasive bricks.
The slab profile is sensed by means of an
electronic system with photocells.
The control system through Personal Computer
with user interface operating in a Windows
environment is extremely clear, immediate and
user-friendly thanks to the “touch screen”
technology.
Furthermore, the Personal Computer makes it
possible to gather and organize a series of
statistical data relating to both the production and
the machine performance.
IMPA: “Canova” IMPA: “Canova”
“CANOVA” is a special epoxy resin based mastic
for granite and marble.It has a great adhesive
strengt even on the hardest stone, where ordinary
mastic are not always enough. It is not subject to
any shrinkage, thus allowing even large repairs
with only one application.
Sea-water, acid, alkaly and
solvent resistant,
particularly suitable for
outsiderworks.
It provides an excellent
surface coating for
marble and granite parts
that are designed to be
in contact with water or
chemical agents (such as
work tops of kitchen
tables, bars, restaurant).
If required, it can also be
stained with iron oxide
while the transparent
type applied in
thin layers is
a c t u a l l y
invisible.
