Segatrice a ponte con banco a nastro e con dispositivo
automatico a ventose per la realizzazione
di tagli “sfalsati” su strisce adiacenti.
Linea completamente automatizzata.
La lastra viene caricata, e la fotocamera digitale
ne riproduce l’immagine sul touch-screen del computer
della fresa a ponte. L’operatore con il mouse
delimita i difetti e il perimetro della lastra, ed inserisce
al suo interno i pezzi da ritagliare
ottimizzando lo sfruttamento della superficie. Se
dotata dello speciale software di ottimizzazione,
la fresa decide in automatico i pezzi da ritagliare

In alternativa alla fotocamera, la linea può essere
equipaggiata con lo scanner che legge il perimetro
della lastra e gli eventuali difetti della superficie.

Quando la lastra è stata tagliata,
un trasportatore a
nastro collegato al banco
della segatrice provvede alla evacuazione dei
pezzi tagliati.

Bridge saw with belt work table and automatic
suction cup device to execute “staggered” cuts on
adjacent strips.
Fully Automated Line.
After the slab is loaded, a digital camera
reproduces the image on the touch screen of the
bridge saw’s computer. The operator, using the
mouse, marks the defects and the perimeter of
the slab where he places the pieces to be cut
optimizing the surface available.
If equipped with the special optimization software,
the bridge saw decides automatically, always

conveyor connected to the sawing machine table
performs the piece unloading.
