E tutte le volte queste performances doveva migliorarle: il miglioramento continuo, l’aveva messo in pratica anche nello sport.“ La responsabilità per un miglioramento continuo Nel Bilancio Sociale 2004 ci eravamo posti tre obiettivi di miglioramento per il 2005: Estendere il metodo Responsible Care e la modalità di reperimento dei dati messa a punto da Federchimica a tutte le aziende del Gruppo. Maggiore coinvolgimento dei nostri collaboratori, istituzioni, clienti, fornitori, collettività, nel Bilancio Sociale e nelle sue tematiche. FATTO FATTO NON FATTO Abbiamo esteso il metodo a tutte le aziende produttive della fi liera chimica. Il Bilancio Sociale quest’anno è realmente il frutto della partecipazione, delle interviste e dei pareri dei nostri stakeholders. Il questionario fi nale potrebbe non rappresentare un metodo di rilevamento effi cace, ce ne proponiamo altri. Non siamo riusciti ad aggiungere indicatori sociali rilevanti sulle risorse umane e confrontare il nostro andamento fi nanzario con il trend del mercato. 107
Social Report 2005 OUR OBJECTIVES FOR THE NEXT SOCIAL REPORT: Survey customer opinion on our social and environmental commitment and publish the answers in the 2006 Social Report. Refi ne the social indicators in the new document; expand the space dedicated to human resources and fi nancial performance. Implement an internal plan to discuss and improve on the environmental and social results of Responsible Care. Make a more complete assessment of the needs of our stakeholders (human resources, communities, places, customers, suppliers, government, trade associations and lenders) by getting them involved in preparing the report and including their ideas for improvement. 2006 RESPONSIBLE CARE GOALS: 1. Lower greenhouse gas emissions using new technology for nitrous oxide abatement. 2. Reduce injuries through prevention and corporate responsibilization. 3. Monitor discharges to water and emissions to air more effectively. 108
