The Master’s course in Mould design has been<br />
created with the aim of providing the most updated<br />
knowledge concerning the design of die<br />
casting moulds and it is aimed at technicians<br />
working in the die casting mould design, production<br />
andusesectors.<br />
The over 80 hours of lectures spread out over 10 days<br />
(from February to April, 2017) go through all the fundamental<br />
phases of the birth of a mould and its appliances:<br />
from the castability analysis of the required productandthefeasibilityofthemould,toitsidealcoupling<br />
with the press; from the analysis of critical wear issues<br />
