Un buongiorno speciale in Menù
I giorni 28 e 29 agosto Menù srl ha ricevuto la gradita visita dell’importatore cinese Bonu food Co. Ltd di Shanghai con alcuni clienti. Da
anni è consuetudine per l’azienda di Medolla ricevere clienti provenienti dalla Repubblica Popolare Cinese per testare insieme la qualità dei
prodotti Menù, in particolare dei prodotti a base pomodoro. Quest’anno la visita ha dato lo spunto per stupire i clienti con una colazione
cinese a base dei prodotti Menù. Gli chef Diego Ponzoni e Tommaso Ruggieri si sono cimentati nella preparazione di Dumplings a base
di Crema di funghi prataioli al profumo di tartufo, Mantou bread con Pesto alla genovese fresco e Mini Red, Pancakes con Armonia di
verdure, Spring rolls con Tris di olive piccantine e Pomodorina ed i famosissimi (anche in Italia) Noodles con Funghi porcini boschetto
a fette trifolati. La colazione è stata studiata dagli chef in modo approfondito, per poter incontrare al meglio i gusti dei clienti ed è stata
molto apprezzata, come lo è stata la flessibilità e poliedricità dei prodotti Menù. La visita è proseguita nei vicinissimi campi di pomodoro, in
stabilimento e in showroom dove è proseguita una demo approfondita, particolarmente partecipata, di condivisione tra chef e clienti. Molti
i prodotti apprezzati, ideali per pizze e pasta ma anche per una cucina internazionale e dal gusto asiatico.

morning in Menù
The 28th and the 29th of August, Menù srl welcomed
the chinese importer Bonu Food Co.ltd along with
some of its best customers. Since couple of years,
they are coming to visit Menù premises and test the
quality of Menù products, particularly the tomato ones.
This year Menù wanted to surprise the chinese
customers with a chinese-style breakfast made with
Menù products. Chefs Diego Ponzoni and Tommaso
Ruggieri prepared Dumplings filled with Menù
Mushroom paste with truffle essence, Mantou bread
with Menù Genovese Pesto and Mini Red Pizzutello
Tomatoes, Pancakes with Menù Mixed Vegetables,
Spring Rolls with Menù Pomodorina and Tris di Olive
and the famous chinese Noodles with Menù Porcini
Boschetto. This unique breakfast was studied by the
Chefs so to meet the chinese taste, it was indeed
very appreciated, as well the chinese guests were
impressed by the versatility and flexibility of Menù
products. After breakfast, the visit continued in the
tomato fields, in Medolla Menù factory and finally in
Cavezzo Menù showroom, where Menù Chefs showed
the chinese guests the Menù range of products.
The chinese guests loved many products since they
understood that Menù ingredients are good not only
for the italian cuisine, but also for the chinese one.
